Rick Owens x HOOD

In 2017, I had the opportunity to work with Rick Owens on a limited-edition capsule collection that combined his visionary fashion perspective with my Hood Rubber Co outdoor collection. The collaboration explored a bold intersection of utility, performance, and avant-garde design, creating footwear that felt both raw and elevated. The collection was especially meaningful because it was showcased as part of the Rick Owens fashion show at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, France, in July 2017. Being part of that presentation was a powerful moment, highlighting how outdoor-inspired product design could be reinterpreted through a high-fashion lens and presented on an influential international runway.
