I evolved GREATS Women’s from direct men’s adaptations into a distinct design language of its own—rooted in the brand’s original DNA and signature details, but reimagined with a more feminine point of view and true all-day comfort. That evolution began with the Brooklyn sneaker and expanded into a full collection of ballet sneakers and low-profile track styles, elevated through beautiful materials, a clear comfort story, and sneaker charms that gave GREATS Women’s a unique and original identity.
The Brooklyn was designed as the first step in a new women’s direction for GREATS, an evolution into a fresher, more trend-right expression of premium sneakers. I wanted it to feel effortless, versatile, and polished, with a low-profile silhouette, soft leather and tonal suede, and a subtle wedge for all-day comfort. Inspired by retro heritage but made for modern city life, the Brooklyn brings a refined sense of ease to the everyday and marks the beginning of a new era for the brand’s women’s collection.
Ballet Sneaker Series I created the GREATS ballet sneaker series by developing two new styles inspired by the ballet sneaker trend. Each was built on a premium rubber outsole and a more feminine last, with a multi-layer comfort footbed designed for all-day wear while maintaining a sleek, low-profile silhouette.
