As Lead Running Designer at New Balance, I oversaw the 804 and 805 trail running series and led key technical running categories across the brand. My role combined performance innovation with a strong sense of product storytelling, helping evolve core franchises while advancing new ideas. I also designed a distinctive cross-country sneaker, the NB230XC, that unexpectedly crossed over into the fashion world, showing how performance footwear could influence broader style trends. This period highlighted my ability to lead technical product development while creating designs with wider cultural relevance.
